MacUAE is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. All products sold are 100% genuine, UAE version, sourced from authorized UAE distributors.

2. Purchasing

By placing an order on macuae.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time your order is placed is final and binding.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have made payment, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

All Apple products sold by MacUAE carry original Apple serial numbers and UAE warranty. You can verify any device serial number via Apple's website.

6. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
